Adult and Child collapse management.
This course is for rescuers who might be expected to manage the early stages of cardiac arrest. Certification requires the learner to demonstrate a given standard of simulated practical skills, facilitated by self-directed learning prior to course (one week minimum), face-to-face training (4.5 hours), and formal assessment of skills.
After the learner has successfully completed all assessments, they will receive their CORE certificate and be invited to provide feedback on their experience.
Resus Nelson’s courses are verified by the NZDA to provide NZRC Basic Life Support, CORE Immediate and CORE Advanced courses, required to be revalidated every two years.
All Resus Nelson courses are registered through the New Zealand Dental Association website. On completion of a course or scenario training a CPD number is issued.
Resus Nelson reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the announced course content, limit enrollment, or change the location, time, date, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.
