The Implant and Aesthetic Academy was founded in Cape Town in 2004 by respected dentists, Prof Howard Gluckman and the late Dr Mark Otto. At the time, there was no postgraduate training facility for those who wanted to further their implantology career in South Africa, and so the two professionals merged their passion for quality and devotion to imparting information and skills to open the Academy.
Over the last 19 years, the Implant and Aesthetic Academy has grown to become an internationally recognised institution that offers various accredited postgraduate dental courses throughout the year.
