What will be covered:
Module 1 – Patient Focused Culture (2 hours)
- Exploring the purpose of a Patient Focused Vision and Culture
- Understanding patient behaviours
- Shaping the practice systems and protocols through the eyes of the patient
- Monitor and measure the impact of a Patient Focused strategy
Module 2 – The Patient Journey (2 hours)
- Identification of patient touch points that will optimize the patient journey
- “Walk of the Patient” – Creating an aligned and consistent experience at each touch point of the patient journey, incorporating protocols that will optimize the patient experience
Module 3 – Creating Patients for Life (2 hours)
- Five Phases for building loyal long-term loyal patient relationships
- Diagnostics to assist in identifying gaps and inconsistencies in the Patient Experience
- Equip the team with tools and processes that will empower them to avoid and solve problems during patient interactions

The online program is a total of three modules and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement.
Each participant must complete these three modules to gain access to CPD points and certificates.
