About

For many years we have been dedicated to inspiring others to explore the possibilities and adventures that come with improved fitness and healthy living. Throughout our professionals careers, we have had the joy of working with thousands of physiotherapy and fitness coaching clients, including elite international athletes. We have closely observed and monitored the fitness training needs of our clients and what really works when it comes to overcoming movement dysfunctions and creating an optimal body (and mindset).

Since 2001, we have been invited to deliver our thoughts and training concepts to thousands of physiotherapists and exercise professionals throughout Australia and around the world. Our popular Kinetic Link Training professional development courses have been a wonderful opportunity to share our healthy living ideals with like-minded therapists and trainers.

We are proud to acknowledge that many of our professional colleagues now utilize Kinetic Link Training as their preferred system of functional resistance training - assisting their clients' return to 100% function and achieving exciting physical performance outcomes.

Wayne Rodgers

Wayne Rodgers is an APA sports physiotherapist, functional strength coach and highly experienced course presenter with over 30 years of clinical experience. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams including the Australian Netball team and the Australian Commonwealth Games team.

Wayne has a special interest in the management of shoulder dysfunctions and in the effective utilisation of functional strength training within physiotherapy practice. When designing and delivering professional development courses he has a strong focus on providing evidence-based, highly systematic approaches to assessment and treatment - with a significant component of all his courses dedicated to the acquisition and mastery of practical skills.

Graeme Kennedy

Graeme Kennedy started his personal training career in 1994. His extensive experience with a broad variety of clients (including elite athletes and complex sports physiotherapy referrals) has been central to the development of KLT - Health Adventure's systematic approach to exercise design and programming.

Since completing a Physical Education degree in 2006, Graeme’s focus with clients has been ‘fitness coaching’ which emphasizes the teaching role of the fitness professional. As a coach he assists people in gaining the knowledge they need to independently make well informed health and fitness choices - encouraging higher levels of performance through personal empowerment.
