Delegate places in events are confirmed once full payment has been received. While credit card is the preferred method of payment, CPD will provide an invoice with 14-day payment terms to those participants who choose to pay by cheque. CPD reserves the right to apply a 10 percent surcharge for registrations made within three (3) business days of an event. (CPD accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque, Direct Debit or Bank Cheque).
All course fees include 10 percent GST in the total cost except where stated. All tax invoices will show CPD's ABN 34 000 021 232.
Cancellations of any event must be received in writing by email to [email protected] Substitution of delegates can occur at any time at no additional cost. Course fees or part thereof cannot be transferred to another event when cancellation occurs within two (2) weeks* of the original event. (*1 week equals 7 full days). CPD takes no responsibility for changes to delegate work commitments or personal circumstances.
Cancellation of Hands on Programs
For cancellations of hands-on program places made at least four (4) weeks* prior to the event in question, a credit note for the full course fee will be given to be used towards a future course. A credit note of 50 percent of the course fee will be given for cancellations of up to two (2) weeks* prior to the event. No credit will be given for cancellations made with less than two (2) weeks* notice. A $50 administration fee applies to ALL cancellations.
Cancellation of Lecture Programs
For cancellations of lecture program places made at least two (2) weeks* prior to the event in question, a credit note for the full course fee will be given to be used towards a future course. A credit note of 50 percent of the course fee will be given for cancellations up to one (1) week* prior to the event. No credit note will be given for cancellations made with less than one (1) weeks* notice. A $50 administration fee applies to ALL cancellations.
Failure to Attend
A delegate who fails to attend will be liable for 100 percent of the course fee.
Program Cancellation / Rescheduling
CPD takes all care to produce high quality program events that deliver as promised. All advertised details are correct at the time of publication. However when circumstances beyond our control prevail, CPD reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or reschedule any program. If CPD exercises this option, CPD will employ reasonable endeavours to notify delegates as early as possible to minimise inconvenience. CPD will not accept any responsibility for travel and accommodation costs incurred by delegates. Where a refund is due to a delegate, a refund for the amount paid will be issued within 30 days of notification. In the case of program post-ponement or rescheduling, the delegate may choose to transfer the fee from the cancelled course to a future program of equal value. In this case these terms and conditions apply.

What to bring
Generally, most clinical instruments and materials are supplied for hands-on courses held at the CTC. Please bring your own magnification loupes to clinical hands-on workshops.
To keep course fees down, some materials and products used in workshops may be provided by dental suppliers. Representatives may be in attendance at these events.
CPD will endeavour to accommodate special dietary requests, please request at the time of booking. In some cases, special dietary requests may incur an extra charge.
In the situation whereby a transfer is permitted, a maximum of two (2) transfers can be made per registration. Course fees or part thereof cannot be transferred to another event when cancellation occurs within two (2) weeks* of the original event. (*1 week equals 7 full days).
In the interest of environmental sustainability, CPD may replace printed course notes with an electronic copy which will be emailed to participants following the course. To ensure receipt of these notes, please advise CPD of your correct email address on your registration.
Attendance certificates will be available to download via your online ‘MyCPD’ account on the CPD website 2 days after the course. Participants who cannot attend for the entire day/hours will have their certificate adjusted accordingly.

Dr Andrei Tutoveanu
Dr Andrei Tutoveanu is a dual qualified and registered Dental Practitioner & Pharmacist. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Dentistry, previously attaining a Masters of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Medical Science- specialising in medicinal chemistry. With combined academic and clinical training spanning over a decade, Dr Andrei enjoys providing a high level of treatment and patient care. He demonstrates proficiencies within the fields of aesthetic & implant dentistry, cosmetic & functional facial injectables and clinical pharmacotherapeutics. He has special interests in the areas of medicinal indications, dosage regimens, specific contraindications and side effect profiles, including ideal therapeutic combinations, within all clinical aspects of dentistry.
Using his dual qualifications, Dr Andrei has established a unique and contemporary CPD-accredited pharmacotherapeutics program for the Australian Dental Association (ADA), targeted at both general & specialist dental practitioners of all disciplines. Dr Andrei is an active presenter on the Domestic and International lecture circuits. He is a speaker for Nobel Biocare, presenting to dental colleagues and practitioners on the topics of implant dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning and case selection protocols. He is also a popular presenter for the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) Oral Health Continuing Profession Development (CPD) day at Westmead Center of Oral Health (WCOH). He is a keynote speaker for the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) and editorial contributor for The Australian Journal of Pharmacy (AJP) and was involved with the Australasian College of Legal Medicine as an opinion leader.
Dr Andrei also consults with and lectures for the registrars and specialist medical officers at the Royal North Shore Private Hospital (NSPH) on dental trauma, surgical intervention and pain management protocols.
Dr Andrei is recognised internationally having been invited to America to establish and head a pharmacology and clinical therapeutic program for the KOIS Centre in Seattle. Additionally, Dr Andrei was invited to be Scientific Advisor in Pharmacology and Therapeutics for North America. Furthermore, Dr Andrei is invited as a keynote presenter for the 2018 KOIS symposium held in Seattle USA. Committed to continuous education, Dr Andrei is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) association and has undertaken numerous courses abroad including the internationally recognised ‘KOIS’ prosthodontic & periodontic programs in Seattle, USA and the ‘Masters Clinical program in Implant Dentistry’ from the Global Institute of Dental Education (gIDE) at the Universities of California (UCLA) and Loma Linda in Las Angeles, USA. Passionate about the future of the health profession, Dr Andrei is involved with assessing and marking new graduates in their pharmacy Intern Training Program (ITP). He presides on the interview selection panel for the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery program at the University of Western Sydney and is proud to help select and guide the doctors of tomorrow.
Dr Andrei works at his private practice in the heart of Mosman, on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, continuing to consult with other dental practitioners, receiving referral cases regarding clinical therapeutic management protocols for patients in both surgical and restorative dentistry.
