Module 2 – Think Like a Business Owner (2 hours)

• Creating of a culture where each team member knows how their role directly impacts on the results of the business. Leadin

Module 3 – Problem Solving and Decision Making (2 hours)

• Introduction to “Appreciative Inquiry” a strength-based model that focuses on past successes and possible solutions. This model provides a positive framework that increases creativity and collaboration rather than more traditional models of identifying the gaps and a ‘fix it’ approach
• Experience using a robust framework for decision making which involves the whole team, resulting in creative thinking, open dialogue, new solutions and a strong commitment to action
