Based in coastal Changi Village, Little Island Brewing Co (LIBC) crafts beer that is authentic, down to earth and delicious. Our beers are brewed in small batches on site and they are unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. We offer a broad range of LIBC beers, cocktails, wines and spirits. LIBC spans 10,000 square feet (929 square metres) and houses the microbrewery, bar, kitchen, restaurant and alfresco area. Giving you the perfect island experience, the large outdoor dining space is a treat in land-scarce Singapore, while the industrial-chic interior is designed by Akira Kita (the eye behind Esquinas and Luke’s Oyster Bar). LIBC beers include the Pale Ale (Whiter Shade of Pale), Golden Ale (Sister Golden Ale), Red Ale (Ruby Tuesday), Singapore Pale Ale (Oh Yeah) and Irish Dry Stout (Black Magic). Concocted by Stephen Spinney, an award-winning British brew master with more than a decade of professional brewing experience. All our beers are dispensed using our self-pour taps which allow you to drink as much (or as little!) as you like, as prices are tagged to the volume of liquid goodness you dispense!
We’re always trying to create something new in our brew tanks, so always watch us on our social media accounts to be the first to know when we’ve got an exciting batch up our sleeves! Popular new brews include our kolsch (Old King Kolsch), blood orange saison (The Secret Saison), hefeweizen (White Light), oak stocked ale (19th Nervous Breakdown) and IPA (Stars & Bars).
We have also introduced a new range of in house mixed cocktails and sodas, and we’ll be introducing other popular drinks on our taps very soon. So it’s entirely up to you - whether you feel like drinking a little apple soda, or you wanted to know what gin & tonic would taste like with a bit of beer - pick what you want at our taps and enjoy yourself! When it comes to food, our top-notch slow-cooked meats elevate the dining experience to another level - the beer belly pork is marinated in coffee, chilli and cumin and is served with salsa verde, while the 15-hour smoked beef brisket comes with Memphis slaw, horseradish dressing and chimichurri sauce. Other signature dishes include our short rib burger – beef short rib and sirloin patties, Monterey jack, air dried Spanish ham with fresh greens; as well as fish ‘n’ chips - beer-battered sea bass fresh from the kelong and fries with tartar sauce and citrus salt.
